Birth Story Sharing Circle
Saturday September 26th from 2-4pm at the Yoga Shala in Clinton, NY
Birthing our children is a massive intiation.
Birth changes us forever.
We require witnessing in our experience to fully integrate.
Yet many women have never gotten to tell their story without interruptions or the opinions of others.
Come share your birth story with other women in a sacred circle.
Or come listen to the stories of your sisters.
All stories are welcome
All women are welcome
Babies in arms are welcome
There is no cost to attend.

This is a special time for women to gather in service to those of us carrying new life within our wombs. And for those of us who are pregnant to recieve witnessing, soul nourishment and heartfelt blessing.
All women are welcome.
In the tradition of Elder Midwife Sister MorningStar.
Pregnant women will have the opportunity to receive:
-Space to share your dreams and fears
-Powerful inspiring stories of birth from other women
-Blessings in your journey
-Song circle
-Prenatal herbal tea and wholesome snacks
-Gentle massage
-Belly painting (with non-toxic paint)

Monthly Women's Circle
I started a women's circle in 2024 after being inspired at a women's festival where women really listened to one another in presence, without interruptions, and without trying to fix anything.
We continue to meet each month, usually on a Sunday.
This is a women's only space for us to share what is on our hearts and recieve witnessing from other women in our community.
We use a talking stick/stone so each woman can share without cross talk.
What is shared in the circle is to remain in the circle.
The space is sober.
All women are welcome.
I usually host in my home or on my land in Ava, NY but sometimes others will host.
